Legacy Strength Training
Legacy Early College Strength Program is led by Coach Brian Byrd, At Legacy, Coach Byrd is able to work with our athletes to develop individualized plans that focus on functional strength/agility/explosion improvement that will directly carry over to improved performance on the basketball court. Our players work with Coach Byrd Monday thru Friday, 90 Minutes a day during the school day.
About Coach Byrd;
A former NCAA Division 1 Football player at South Carolina State, Coach Byrd is certified through USA Weightlifting and most recently spend time as Assistant Strength and Condition Coach at South Carolina State.
